(1) Injury Screen
We will meet to discuss your goals, your concerns, and evaluate your movement patterns. Following the injury screening, we will provide you with recommendations on which coaching and training program option is best for you.
(2) Run Assessment
We will perform a video running gait analysis followed by a physical exam to measure your strength, flexibility, and balance. Details from the video and physical exam are used to develop your training program.
(3) Coaching & Training
Our personalized sessions are conducted in-person or virtually through our coaching app. Each session will teach you how to become a stronger runner, improve speed, build stamina, overcome injury, and get back to running without pain.
